Referring to the news published on April 12th, 2013 on the insertion “FINANZA & MERCATI” of 'Il Sole 24 ORE' daily news concerning the possible takeover of RGI, the President and major stakeholder Paolo Benini and the Chief Executive Officer Vito Rocca, clarify that to continue the constant corporate growth RGI Group is looking for a strong International investor to develop its presence on the International markets and to reinforce the local presence.
The executives totally deny the fact that this investor could be Teamsystem, which is not suitable in terms of business model and strategic development of RGI Group.
