Business Analyst | Claims Management (m/f/d)

Scope of Responsibilities:

 

  • Analysis and documentation of requirements for business-critical individual and standard software for insurers

  • Creating technical concepts in close cooperation with our development teams, designing and implementing the software solutions

  • Transferring the technical concepts into IT requirements

  • Carrying out target-performance comparisons and GAP analyses

  • Moderation of workshops with customers for the acceptance of requirements

Requirements:

  • Successful degree in economics / business informatics or comparable training (e.g. insurance agent)

  • Solid professional experience as a business analyst of complex IT projects, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector, with a focus on claims management

  • Strong analytical and conceptual understanding with a high affinity for IT

  • Experienced in the field of application architecture as well as strong moderation and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels

  • Expertise in the insurance industry, especially in claims management is an advantage

  • Independent and target-oriented way of working in combination with a positive mindset and high quality awareness

  • Flexibility and occasional willingness to travel for customer projects
