Working Student (f/m/d) – Content Translation Specialist

Your mission with Us:

 

You’ll support our team in translating our internal documentation and help ensure that our content is communicated clearly and professionally in both English and German. At Novum-RGI, a leading software provider for the insurance industry, you can put your language skills to use in a dynamic and international environment.

Your tasks:

 

  • Translate technical and professional documents from English to German and vice versa 

  • Support the quality control of translated content (focus on technical and professional documents)

  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure consistency and accuracy of content

  • If interested: assist in creating new English content

What you bring to the table:

  • You’re currently enrolled at a German university and looking for a working student position

  • English is your native language (or C2 level), and your written German is very strong (C1 level)

  • Ideally, you already have experience in translation—technical or professional content is a plus

  • You have a keen eye for detail, work in a structured way, and can handle tasks independently

  • You're eager to further improve your German skills in a practical setting
